Letter of recommendation, dated June 9, 1665 in Manila, and signed by Fray Pedro Baptista, examiner of the Inquisition and provincial of the Discalced Franciscans, and Fray Juan de Jérez, professor of theology and guardian of the Franciscan convent in Manila, on behalf of Licenciado Francisco de Montemayor y Mancilla, oidor in the Audiencia of Manila.
